Senior Electrical Maintenance & Reliability Manager | Texas
This is a full-time, in-person position. No remote or hybrid options.
Seeking an experienced electrical leader to oversee the maintenance, reliability, and performance of critical industrial power systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead electrical maintenance and reliability programs
• Manage safety, compliance, and incident investigations
• Oversee medium- and low-voltage power systems, protection relays, switchgear, MCCs, transformers, generators, and controls
• Drive preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance initiatives
• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts
• Manage electrical technicians, contractors, budgets, and capital projects
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Strong background in power distribution, protection systems, motors, VFDs, PLCs, SCADA, and reliability programs
Preferred Qualifications:
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• NETA certification
• Experience with power generation systems and advanced protection technologies
