The ideal candidate brings expertise in power circuit design, DC-DC converters, battery systems, and functional safety standards like ISO 26262.
• Background in the automotive field.
• Understanding of requirements for Level 4 low-voltage (LV) power systems; strong knowledge of 12V architectures.
• Skilled in electrical and power circuit design, especially crafting input stages for LV modules using 12V sources.
• Familiarity with components like DC-DC converters, 12V battery systems, and charge management circuitry.
• Exposure to functional safety frameworks, particularly ISO 26262, as applied to power systems.
• Capable of drafting and structuring technical requirement documents.
• Able to conduct deep technical analysis and evaluate tradeoffs in engineering decisions.
• Proficient in interpreting test outcomes and collaborating closely with test engineering personnel.
