Job Description: Electrical Engineer III
Location: Jackson, MI (Hybrid)
Duration: 12+ Months
Department: responsible for development and engineering of all new generation assets including solar, wind, battery, and natural gas engineering (generation projects).
Both engineering positions would both be disciplined engineers supporting a lead project engineer on numerous projects that are renewables or natural gas, depending on the placement.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1 will support the natural gas generation team. We're looking for somebody with SCADA, DCS, and power plant controller experience, helping to develop specifications, review specs from our engineering procurement contractors, and be an expert in that area of a natural gas power plant. The renewable will be more power plant controller, traditional SCADA systems for a renewable generation.
- The other will be focused on the gas side of the business: need SCADA and INC experience. Power would be very helpful as a background with some basic substation experience, but somebody who's used to developing, reviewing and writing comments on data systems of power plant controllers. Natural gas SCADA and power plant control plus PCS is the focus
