Job Title: Electrical Designer Location: Peoria, Illinois (Onsite) Experience – 5 to 7 years - Full Time.
Responsibilities
- Candidates must have Automotive Off highway Domain experience
- 4 years’ experience in CREO is must
- 4+ years’ experience as an Electric Designer is must
- 3+ years’ experience in Windchill (PDM) is must
- Good to have experience, Capital Harness XC, Capital Library
- Must have experience in Design wiring harnesses including 3D routing, 2D drawings, and Schematic Diagrams for various automotive systems.
- Create and maintain component libraries and ensure compliance with wiring standards.
- Select appropriate components of wiring harness as per automotive standards and domain knowledge (wires, connectors, terminals, seals, fuses, relays, insulation, retention items).
- Prepare and manage installation assemblies, drawing & bracket designs.
- Handle customer and onsite engineer meetings for project status, feedback, and future work opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of automotive wiring standards and product design.
