We are seeking a Senior Wiring Assembler / Team Lead who is ready to take the next step toward future supervisory responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone with strong wire harness experience who can support team performance, maintain quality standards, and serve as a technical resource on the floor.
This position offers a clear path toward a Supervisor role for the right candidate.
Duties of the senior wiring assembler:
- Assemble multi-branch and high pin-count wire harnesses
- Interpret complex blueprints and electrical schematics
- Perform precision soldering, hand crimping, and wire tinning
- Conduct in-process and final quality inspections
- Assist with floor-level troubleshooting and team performance
- Cross-train across departments to provide technical support
- Enforce safety policies and PPE compliance as a lead
- Utilize hand and power tools for small component assembly
Requirements of the senior wiring assembler:
- 3–5+ years of professional wire harness assembly experience
- Advanced blueprint and schematic reading skills
- Proficiency in soldering and crimping techniques
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work independently and take leadership initiative
- Strong manual dexterity and ability to lift 35 lbs.
- Successful completion of drug screen and background check
