We are seeking anEducation Consultant Supervisorto lead ourSPED Policy, Data, and Reporting team.This role serves as a key leader and subject matter expert, overseeing IDEA data reporting, fiscal guidance, compliance support, and policy implementation across the state. The position also supervises a team of three staff and works closely with internal divisions and school systems to ensure alignment, accuracy, and strong outcomes for students.
This is a unique opportunity to influence statewide systems, shape policy, and directly support school systems through data-driven decision-making, compliance guidance, and cross-division collaboration. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, strategic thinker, and experienced leader who can translate complex requirements into clear, actionable guidance for the field.Nine years of experience in education, teaching, or administrative services; OR
Six years of full-time work experience plus six years of experience in education, teaching, or administrative services; OR
A bachelor's degree plus six years of experience in education, teaching, or administrative services; OR
An advanced degree plus five years of experience in education, teaching, or administrative services.
