Work Environment
This role is based in a production facility that houses more than 150 EDM machines, including conventional and 5-axis units, many of which are custom-built and heavily modified Haas systems. The environment is primarily temperature-controlled in most production areas, providing a stable and comfortable workspace for precision machining. You work around active machinery and equipment, and the noise level can be loud at times, requiring consistent use of required personal protective equipment (PPE). Some tasks require working in confined spaces to access machines or parts, and you frequently lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
