A highly reputable client is seeking a talented mid-to-senior level attorney to join a dynamic corporate practice focused on technology-driven businesses. The ideal candidate will bring experience collaborating with deal teams as well as independently leading significant aspects of complex transactions.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background advising technology companies across a wide spectrum of corporate and transactional work. This includes involvement in venture capital financings at various stages, mergers and acquisitions, and transactions involving both privately held and publicly traded companies. This role will be based out of New York or Boston.


Key Responsibilities

  • Represent technology and growth‑oriented companies in a wide range of corporate and transactional matters
  • Advise on early‑ and late‑stage venture capital and growth equity financings
  • Assist with and manage significant aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions
  • Support private and public company offerings and related securities matters
  • Collaborate closely with partners, associates, and clients to efficiently structure and execute transactions
  • Independently manage discrete workstreams and deal components while contributing to larger teams


Qualifications & Experience

  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
  • 3+ years of relevant corporate and transactional experience, preferably in an AmLaw firm, specialized boutique firm, or comparable environment
  • Experience representing technology companies, emerging companies, founders, or investors
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively on complex matters
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a deadline‑driven environment
  • Active bar admission in New York, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
  • A representative deal sheet will be required
