Job Title: eCommerce Project Manager (Adobe Commerce)
Position Type: Permanent or Contract-to-Hire (preferred)
Location: Hybrid - 4 Days on site per week in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Salary/Contact Rate: $100,000 - $130,000 DOE

Our client, a Machinery Manufacturing company, is seeking a skilled eCommerce Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, high conversion web projects. You will be the bridge between their stakeholders' visions and engineering team's execution.
Job Description:
- You will lead the Agile and Scrum process, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and demos.
- Adobe Commerce Expert: Guide the team through Adobe Commerce-specific workflows, including third-party integrations, module customisations and version upgrades.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate business language into technical requirements (User Stories) and manage expectations regarding scope and timelines.
- Backlog Refinement: Keep the product backlog healthy, prioritised and clearly defined so the dev team never hits a roadblock.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Project Management experience specifically within the eCommerce sector.
- Deep, hands-on experience managing projects on Magento 2/ Adobe Commerce (Cloud or On-Prem). Alternative enterprise eCommerce products will be considered (Shopify or Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent experience running Agile/Kanban teams in a fast-paced environment.
- You don't need to code, but you should understand the MVC architecture, APIs, and the difference between a core hack and a clean extension.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and roadmap software (like Roadmunk or Asana).
Beneficial to have:
- Adobe Certified Professional - Adobe Commerce Business Practitioner
- PMP Certified
