Description

Our customer is looking for a Ecommerce specialist to help assist them in driving traffic to one of their retailer partner by working. This person will be working onsite with the retailer directly. They are looking for someone to have at least 2 years of B2C Ecommerce experience. They need this person to understand the Ecommerce language and most importantly understand the operational best practices as to how to gain more traffic to their website. This person will also need to have strong soft skills, great communication, be opened to a highly collaborative and agile environment.

Mission: Drive online business growth by supporting their retailer through enhancing digital presence, consumer experience and ultimately driving online sales and share expansion in the US.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Relationship & Growth

•Act as a digitally native professional focused on building strong relationships to identify, unlock, and execute mutual goals and opportunities between the retail vendor and the client.

•Bring strategic insights to the retail vendor to help drive website conversion.

•Identify and unlock content opportunities that support retail vendor's website and conversion ambitions.

•Serve as an extended arm of the Retail Marketing Manager between both organizations to execute and deploy Customer Marketing Plan actions

•Be the main point of contact for both organizations for online new initiatives and assist with data reporting and insights

•Understand consumer journey stages (Welcome, Fitment Confirmation, Evaluation & Consideration, Purchase) and ensure the client's digital presence supports each stage.

Top Skills Details Required:

  1. Must have minimum 2 years of work experience managing B2C eCommerce strategies
  2. Must have strong customer facing skills and be highly collaborative/resilient

This is a Contract position based out of South Bend, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.67 - $56.41/hr.
