Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Eagle Developer with strong hands-on expertise in the Eagle Investment Systems platform, specifically within the RDC (Reference Data Center / Reference Data Configuration) module. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of investment management operations, data management, and Eagle platform integrations.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Eagle Investment Systems platform
• Hands-on expertise in RDC / RDM (Reference Data Center / Reference Data Management)
• Experience with Eagle PACE, STAR, Data Mart, Message Center, and Eagle ML/IWS
• Strong SQL and Oracle/SQL Server database skills
• Experience working with Eagle data models and reference data workflows
• Good understanding of:
• Portfolio Accounting
• Trade Processing
• Corporate Actions
• Pricing & Security Master data
• Fixed Income and Equity instruments
• Experience building and supporting Eagle interfaces, uploaders, exporters, and batch workflows
• Strong troubleshooting and production support experience
• Experience in Asset Management or Investment Banking domain

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Performance Measurement and Reporting modules
• Knowledge of Scheduler, Workflow Manager, and Pricing Center
• Exposure to cloud or DevOps environments is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and support Eagle platform components with focus on RDC/RDM
• Work closely with business users, operations, and downstream application teams
• Analyze and resolve data and workflow issues across Eagle modules
• Create and maintain Eagle interfaces, uploaders, and exporters
• Support data reconciliation, validation, and investment accounting processes
• Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, and production releases
• Ensure high data quality and operational stability across investment systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field
• 7+ years of experience with Eagle Investment Systems
• Strong experience in financial services, preferably Asset Management
