Job Description
:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Training Content Creator to design and develop engaging, effective eLearning content. This role will be responsible for translating technical and operational information into interactive training modules using industry-standard authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate 360 Storyline
.The ideal candidate has a strong background in instructional design, multimedia development, and adult learning principles, with the ability to create visually compelling and learner-focused training experiences
.Reporting to the Body Operational Excellence - Foundations Manager, the person in this role will support the Act 1 objective to develop and maintain training solutions that drive team member performance, compliance and customer satisfaction

S) Requirements Qualificatio
ns:Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experien
ce)Hands-on experience with Adobe Captivate or Articulate 360 Storyline (requir
ed)2+ years of experience developing eLearning or digital training cont
entStrong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design princip
lesExperience working with LMS platforms and SCORM-compliant cont
