Position Summary 

We're looking for a detail-oriented, creative self-starter to join our team. In this hands-on entry-level role, you'll support photographers and our Creative E-commerce Lead from set preparation through post-production, and step in front of the lens yourself for hand and full-body modeling. This position is required to be in-person in our Irvine, CA offices.

Responsibilities

In your role as E-Commerce Studio Assistant your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

On Set 

• Assist photographers and the Creative E-commerce Lead during shoots
• Prepare, stuff, and alphabetize sample bags ahead of each shoot day
• Model products, including hand and full-body
• Collaborate with the creative team to plan shoots and prepare equipment setups
• Handle ad hoc photography including reshoots and customer service requests

Post Production 

• Edit and retouch images across still life, mannequin, and model photography in Capture One
• Provide backup retouching support as needed
• Own the upload workflow and maintain a consistent photo organisation system
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements 

• Hands-on experience with Capture One or comparable photo editing software
• Excellent organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and clear, confident communication
• A solution-focused mindset - you approach problems with calm, practical thinking
• Ability to manage your own workload and maintain consistent file organisation standards
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite strongly preferred (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premier Pro, After Effects, illustrator, and/or InDesign) 

This is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience across both the creative and technical sides of studio production in a collaborative, fast-moving team environment.

Compensation Range 

$25-$28 per hour, plus a competitive benefits package
