Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including the rollout and optimization of new website features and functionalities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with the Los Angeles warehouse to ensure seamless order fulfillment and efficient returns processing.
  • Partner with the Business Analyst to monitor inventory levels and sell-through performance, including weekly and monthly projections. Coordinate product transfers to POS channels and proactively initiate replenishment when inventory is low.
  • Participate in production meetings to stay aligned on product development timelines and upcoming launches.
  • Implement packaging process to ensure the best online/offline experience for customers
  • Assist in Ecom Customer Service communication for delivery updates and delays.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Merchandising:

  • Support buying activities across all channels and assist with product assortment planning.
  • Oversee product flow to ensure optimal availability, allocation, and presentation across channels.
  • Analyze and report on data to support merchandising strategies and inventory decisions.

Marketing:

  • Plan and execute weekly and monthly website landing pages in alignment with product deliveries and campaign calendars.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to ensure consistency across product imagery, landing pages, collection pages, and email communications.

Functionality & Experience:

  • Partner with backend and technical teams to enhance site functionality and implement new tools that improve the overall digital customer experience.
  • Participate in weekly evening meetings with overseas teams to track progress and ensure alignment on ongoing initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Los Angeles fulfillment team to optimize the end-to-end customer experience, bridging both online and offline touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with marketing on both digital and physical assets to strengthen brand communication and improve overall customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for analyzing sales data and website performance
  • Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with teams and partners
  • Sales and E-Commerce expertise to drive online sales growth and manage ecommerce operations
  • Marketing skills to develop and implement effective online marketing strategies
  • Proficiency in Shopify, Klaviyo, Redo platforms and tools
  • Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus
  • Ecom operation experience 2+ year.
