Role Description

This is an on-site Summer Semester internship role located in Manhattan, NY for an E-Commerce/Customer Service Intern. This is an unpaid internship/School Credit only. The intern will assist with managing online orders, providing customer service through various channels, and supporting the e-commerce team in daily tasks. Responsibilities also include handling customer inquiries, processing returns, and assisting with sales and analytical reporting.


Qualifications

  • Commitment of 4-5 days per week
  • Ability to receive school credit

  • Proactive and detail-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience or education in fashion or related field is a plus
