We're hiring an onsite Microsoft Dynamics & Microsoft Copilot Trainer to lead internal enablement and user adoption across the organization. You'll be the resident expert for these tools-training, coaching, and supporting employees so they can work faster, smarter, and more consistently. You'll partner with the IT team during upgrades and rollouts, but your primary focus is hands-on training and day-to-day guidance for end users.
Years of experience are less important than current Dynamics knowledge, strong communication, and proven ability to teach and mentor teammates.

- Create and maintain training materials: job aids, quick guides, SOPs, short videos, FAQs, and onboarding content
- Run live trainings (small groups and 1:1), office hours, refresher sessions, and new-hire onboarding modules
- Partner with IT on upgrades and feature releases: translate changes into clear user instructions and adoption plans
- Help users maximize workflows in Dynamics (data entry standards, process steps, reporting/visibility, handoffs) and leverage Copilot for productivity
- Gather feedback from departments, identify skill gaps, and recommend process/training improvements
- Track training participation and adoption; provide simple progress updates to leadership
- Promote best practices around data quality, consistent usage, and security awareness
Required Qualifications
- Current, hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM/ERP modules as applicable)
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot in business workflows
- Excellent communication and presentation skills-able to train both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and build confidence in others
- Organized and self-directed-can manage schedules, follow-up, and deliver consistent training in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience training teams in manufacturing, service operations, sales/BD, or quality environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem tools (Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate)
What Success Looks Like
- Users adopt Dynamics and Copilot quickly and use them consistently
- Fewer avoidable errors and cleaner data due to clear standards and training
- Smooth upgrades because end users understand what changed and how to work with it
- Teams report measurable time savings and improved workflow efficiency
To Apply: Send your resume and a short note describing your current Dynamics and Copilot experience, plus examples of trainings you've led (audience, format, and outcomes).
