Dynamics NAV/BC Functional Consultant/Application Specialist

Main responsibilities of the role:
- Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across financial and operational modules.
- Maintain custom enhancements for compliance, landed costs, pricing, and order processing.
- Gather requirements and implement system changes across multiple BC environments.
- Support integrations, data flows, and scheduled/batch processes.
- Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
- Assist with month‑end and year‑end close activities.
- Lead system upgrades, testing, and deployment.
- Manage user security, permissions, and system performance.
- Ensure SLA compliance and monitor transaction processing.
Your background/ personal qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands‑on Business Central experience, especially Financial Management.
- Knowledge of G/L, AP, AR, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, and Administration modules.
- Experience with BC configuration, job queues, and customized environments.
- Strong understanding of ERP integrations, APIs, and middleware.
- Experience with batch processing, reporting, imports/exports, and EDI.
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field; finance/accounting support experience required.
