Job Purpose or Objective(s): As the Lead Butler, you will ensure successful implementation of all operational projects maintaining integrity of relationships to ensure outstanding guest experiences and maximizing revenue internally and through commissionable channels. You will report to the Player Development Director.


Primary Tasks:

  1. You will attend to guest needs to include, but not limited to, preparing for the guest arrival, being available upon guest arrival, attending to the guest during their stay, assisting guest during their departure.
  2. Arrange for personal services including, but not limited to, dining reservations, spa reservations, laundry services (washing, pressing, etc.), packing/unpacking luggage, food/meal preparation, food and beverage service, communicate with Executive Host/Casino MOD that guest gaming preferences have been arranged and secured, and other personal needs as requested at all times with the intention to offer the best level of services. Remain immediately available during assigned shift to respond to guest's needs.
  3. You will maintain a well-developed guest preference database (likes, dislikes, requests, etc.) and ensures all guest information is kept current and confidential.
  4. Prepare for guest arrival. Ensure that each guest’s needs are anticipated and met in a way that is seamless and seemingly effortless.
  5. You will maintain a clean and organized butler pantry.
  6. Complete on-going training to stay informed on changes within the hospitality industry.
  7. You will develop and maintain excellent working relationships with partners in Casino Operations, Food and Beverage, Front Office, Banquets, etc. and ensure Butler Operations works seamlessly with all other areas.
  8. Drive company vehicles to assist with guest requests as necessary.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 21
  • Must maintain a clean DMV record.
  • Must be tolerant to varying conditions, prolonged sitting/standing, and mobility throughout the entire property.
  • Flexibility to work varied days and shifts to support 24/7 operations.
  • Must be able to stand, bend, reach, push/pull, and walk for up to 8+ hours.
  • Must be able to obtain & maintain Food and Beverage credentials, including but not limited to ABLE Certification
  • One (1) + years’ experience in a luxury hotel, casino, fine dining restaurant, or related hospitality area.
  • One (1) year of supervisory experience
