Job Description

Senior Crew Captains are generally responsible for coaching Dunkin Restaurant Team Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards, deliver great guest service and prepare the store for opening and/or end of day closure. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others providing timely feedback.

Essential Job Functions:

Maintain a healthy, safe and secure environment by following and enforcing food safety, safety and sanitation guidelines and comply with all applicable State and Federal laws.
Assist in the development of employees through training and mentoring.
Assist in executing all in-restaurant marketing promotions and new product rollouts in a timely manner.
Follow and maintain quality and guest service standards including drive-through times.
Ensure guest satisfaction by providing superior customer service and prompt problem resolution to guest complaints.
Manage inventory and order food and beverages, equipment and supplies as needed.
Comply with all restaurant's brand and franchisee policies and procedures.
Performs minor equipment repair & trouble shooting. Follow email protocols to notify the maintenance department of equipment malfunctions and/or potential problems.

Skills and Qualifications

Fluent in English
Capable of counting money and making change
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
Have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and motor vehicle insurance.
Nights, weekends, and holidays
Basic computer and writing skills.
