White Lodging is looking for a Dual Director of Housekeeping to lead operations across the Courtyard by Marriott Austin and the Residence Inn by Marriott Austin — two premier properties right in the heart of Austin, Texas.
This is a director-level role for someone who leads with intention, raises the bar on cleanliness and guest experience, and knows how to build teams that take pride in their work.
What you'll do
- Set the standard for housekeeping operations across both properties
- Lead, develop, and inspire two high-performing teams
- Own the financials — budgets, labor, and cost controls
- Drive Marriott brand and White Lodging compliance across every touchpoint
- Partner with hotel leadership to champion overall guest satisfaction
What you'll bring
- FOSSE experience
- Director-level or senior hospitality leadership experience
- Multi-property financial and operational expertise
- A people-first approach to leading and developing teams
