Creative Strategist & Content Creator

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and hands-on Creative Strategist & Content Creator to lead visual storytelling, content development, and community engagement for a growing consumer brand. This individual will serve as both a creative leader and on-camera representative, driving content initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance.

The ideal candidate combines strong creative instincts with a deep understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and conversion-focused content strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Live Selling

  • Host regular livestream shopping events, showcasing products, demonstrating features, and engaging directly with customers in real time.
  • Create daily short-form video and photo content for social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
  • Produce product-focused content including demonstrations, styling showcases, feature highlights, and lifestyle storytelling.
  • Serve as both on-camera talent and creative director for content production initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external creative resources to ensure a consistent and engaging content pipeline.

Creative Strategy & Brand Management

  • Maintain and uphold the visual standards and creative direction of the brand across all marketing channels.
  • Review and provide feedback on advertising creatives, email campaigns, website assets, and promotional materials.
  • Develop creative briefs and content direction for designers, editors, photographers, and other creative partners.
  • Oversee AI-assisted creative production workflows, ensuring brand consistency and product accuracy across all visual assets.
  • Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on audience engagement and conversion data.

Community Engagement

  • Manage and grow online customer communities across social platforms.
  • Develop content calendars and engagement strategies that encourage participation and customer loyalty.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and interactions with personalized content and thoughtful communication.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with brand advocates and repeat customers.

Campaign Execution

  • Support the creative development and rollout of promotional campaigns, product launches, seasonal initiatives, and sales events.
  • Ensure consistency across marketing touchpoints, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and website content.
  • Coordinate creative assets and messaging to deliver a cohesive customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, creative strategy, or digital marketing for a consumer-facing brand.
  • Experience creating engaging short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera and presenting products in livestream or video formats.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, branding, content creation, or creative direction.
  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and common video editing platforms.
  • Understanding of paid social creative best practices and performance-driven content development.
  • Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work onsite and collaborate closely with products, inventory, and creative teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within eCommerce, retail, fashion, accessories, lifestyle, or consumer products industries.
  • Familiarity with livestream commerce platforms and community-driven marketing.
  • Experience utilizing AI-powered creative tools and content-generation platforms.
  • Knowledge of direct-to-consumer marketing strategies and customer acquisition best practices.
