This role supports the production of small drone engines in a structured manufacturing environment, with a focus on hands-on mechanical and light electrical assembly of brushless DC motors. You will work on an assembly line performing precision assembly, basic electrical work, and in-process quality checks to ensure reliable, high-performance motors. Multiple technician positions are available, including a Lead Technician who will handle complex soldering tasks and perform quality checks during final assembly.

Work Environment
You will work on a fast-paced production floor within a conditioned warehouse environment, primarily on an assembly line dedicated to small drone engine and motor production. The role involves repetitive, detail-oriented tasks that require strong manual dexterity and consistent focus. You will regularly use hand tools, power tools, presses, fixtures, balancing equipment, and measurement tools while following standardized work instructions. The facility operates with defined safety and quality procedures, including 5S workstation standards and in-process inspections. Personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses and gloves, is required and must be worn in designated areas.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.74 - $26.02/hr.
