We’re hiring a Driver Recruiter to join our team at Central Transport’s headquarters in Warren, MI. You’ll play a key role in hiring CDL drivers and other critical positions across our network. What you’ll do:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for CDL drivers, dock workers, and support roles
- Source candidates using job boards, databases, and outbound outreach
- Screen applicants and conduct phone interviews
- Make 30–50 outbound calls and handle 15–20 inbound calls daily
- Track candidates and activity in ATS/HR systems
- Keep pipelines full and hiring managers supported
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, HR, Logistics, or similar preferred)
- Strong communication skills and comfort on the phone
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Basic tech skills (Microsoft Office, systems navigation)
- Bonus: experience with Workday, Indeed, Tenstreet
