T2S is adding an experienced Drilling Field Team Lead to support onsite operations in Los Alamos, NM. The selected candidate will ensure all activities are performed safely, securely, and in compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements. This role includes the authority to stop work if unsafe or non-compliant conditions are identified.

Physical Demands:
Light Work Category - Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for sedentary work. The employee may be required to stand for long periods of time, walk across uneven terrain, and exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Project location is at altitude exceeding 7000 feet above sea level, employee must have ability to perform duties at high altitude.

The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb stairs. � Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision. During drilling and well maintenance work on site, work often moves to a 7day/12hr (day & night) shift schedule in order to cover 24/7 drilling. Typical field schedule is 7 days on/7 off rotation. Office schedule required during times between field activities.
