Here’s what the opportunity supported through our TGS Talent Acquisition Team requires:

The Dojo Lead guides immersive, outcome-driven Dojo engagements that accelerate engineering, product, and AI-enabled capability development for client organizations. This role focuses on leading real teams through hands-on delivery, experimentation, and learning on real work-ensuring measurable improvements in engineering effectiveness, product delivery, and AI adoption.

The Dojo Lead serves as a trusted technical and strategic partner to engineering, product, and business leaders, aligning engagement objectives to organizational goals while enabling teams to adopt modern engineering and AI-enabled practices.

Essential Functions

Lead Dojo Engagements

· Own the approach, structure, and execution quality for Dojo engagements.

· Shape engagement goals by partnering with engineering, product, and business leaders to align Dojo objectives with strategic outcomes and real delivery work.

· Guide teams through structured experimentation cycles, including: AI-supported product discovery and decision-making; Integration of GenAI and AI capabilities into products, platforms, and processes; and Modern software engineering and delivery improvement.

· Ensure all experimentation is anchored in measurable value, product intent, technical feasibility, and organizational constraints.

· Maintain alignment and momentum across cross-functional teams throughout the engagement.

Serve as Technical & Strategic Advisor

· Advise leaders and delivery teams on trade-offs across business, product, engineering, and AI enablement.

· Translate complex technical and AI concepts into actionable insight for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Support client leaders in evolving from experimentation to repeatable, scalable ways of working.

· Maintain high credibility as a hands-on technical leader with the ability to engage engineering teams directly when needed.

Lead and Enable Coaching Teams

· Lead multidisciplinary teams of Dojo coaches embedded within client environments.

· Set clear engagement expectations, quality standards, and operating guardrails.

· Support coaching teams by removing obstacles, aligning direction, and ensuring consistent delivery of the Dojo framework.

· Match the right coaching talent to client context and ensure cross-functional cohesion across engineering, product, and change enablement coaches.

· Provide ongoing direction and alignment to coaches assigned to your engagements.

Evolve and Strengthen Dojo Approaches

· Contribute to the advancement of Dojo methodologies, playbooks, templates, and reusable assets.

· Integrate emerging trends in AI, engineering practices, and product delivery into the Dojo model.

· Foster a culture of learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement across engagements.

Required Education / Experience

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

· 8–10+ years of experience as a software engineer, architect, or engineering leader, including writing and maintaining production systems.

· Proven experience leading complex technical or cross-functional delivery engagements.

· Demonstrated capability integrating AI (including GenAI) into products, delivery processes, or engineering workflows.

· Experience guiding teams through experimentation, discovery-to-delivery cycles, or modern engineering transformations.

· Strong communication skills with experience influencing and advising senior technical and business leaders.

· Practical experience with modern software engineering ecosystems, including cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, DevOps, Agile/Lean delivery, and iterative learning-based approaches.

· Familiarity with AI ethics, responsible use principles, and practical guardrails for applied AI in enterprise contexts.

· Experience with ALM tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Planview.

Special Requirements

· Ability to travel within Canada, the U.S., and India up to 25% as needed.

This is a Permanent position based out of Atlanta, GA.

The pay range for this position is $124200.00 - $186400.00/yr.
