The Documentation Clerk ensures accurate, compliant, and inspection-ready management of GMP documentation by performing high-quality scanning, indexing, and uploading of controlled records into electronic systems. This role safeguards data integrity, maintains traceability and archival standards, and supports daily operations by ensuring that all critical records are processed, organized, and retrievable in accordance with company procedures and regulatory expectations.
Responsibilities
The role requires the ability to lift and transport boxes of documents up to approximately 35 lbs. Work is primarily conducted in office and records areas with occasional time spent in production or QC for document collection. The position may require overtime during peak documentation or inspection periods.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
