My client, a leader in the home health and hospice industry, is seeking an experienced corporate attorney with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience to join their in house legal team as Division Vice President Corporate Counsel. This collaborative, client-service driven team serves as the trusted resource to their 10,000 employees; prides themselves on their culture, their employee retention, and their growth; and are looking for a down to earth, proactive, and solution-driven DVP Corporate Counsel who will have the best interests of their people and the clients they serve at heart. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in general corporate and contract matters; mergers and acquisitions, procurement; and corporate governance. The candidate will be a strong transaction manager and an effective communicator with the ability to provide support and counsel for a Board of Directors and collaborate with and coordinate experts across various disciplines. All candidates are required to have graduated from an accredited law school, passed a bar exam, and been admitted as an active member in good standing to practice law.
