Seeking a Divisional Controller within Construction.
- Serve as the strategic finance business partner to divisional leadership, providing financial guidance to drive profitability, growth, and operational success.
- Oversee project financial performance, including WIP reporting, forecasting, cash flow management, cost-to-complete analysis, and revenue recognition.
- Partner with various departments such as Legal, Project Management as well as the operational units / teams to evaluate contracts, manage risk, ensure compliance, and protect lien rights.
- Establish and enforce financial controls, policies, and processes that support strong governance, accurate reporting, and effective risk management.
- Lead project funding due diligence, credit assessments, and financial reviews to support sound business decisions and minimize exposure.
- Develop key relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders while overseeing audits, tax compliance, and external financial reporting.
- Lead, mentor, and develop finance staff, driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement across the division and broader finance organization.
