About the RoleThis is a key operations position responsible for coordinating drivers, managing schedules, communicating with customers, and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and dispatch drivers for daily jobs
- Communicate with customers regarding schedules, updates, and service needs
- Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed
- Work closely with operations and the shop to ensure equipment readiness
- Solve problems quickly and make real-time decisions
- Ensure all jobs are completed on time and to company standards
- Maintain accurate job and communication records
What We’re Looking For- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to stay calm and perform under pressure
- Problem-solving mindset with quick decision-making ability
- Team player with a strong sense of ownership
- Experience in dispatch, logistics, or construction operations is a plus
