HawkEye360 is currently seeking aSenior Managerof mission demand generation tomake HE360 capabilities indispensable to critical end-user groups.HawkEye’sconstellation and products continue to advance at a rapid rate. But unclassified space RF capabilities are still arelatively newphenomenon for manyUSG users.TheSenior Managerwillbe responsible fordeveloping and executing the end-user demand generation campaignwith acurrent main effort ofINDOPACOMand subordinate components.TheSeniorManager will report tothe General Manager, IntelligenceCommunity,and interface with technical and business leads across the company.You’llhave access toan industry leading constellation, technical support team, and programs/contracts to enable youas the “tip of the spear”/”rubbermeets the road”/”bootson the ground.”We are looking for a candidate with themid to senior level contacts to open doors, but who isstill a“doer”who wantsto rollup their sleeves and immerse themselves in end-userworkflows.You’llbe given significant autonomyin planning and execution to achieve yourobjectives, and in returnwe’llexpect you to own demand generation outcomes.

Location: On-site in Herndon, VA

As the Director, USG Mission Demand Generation, your main responsibilities will be:
  • Plan and execute capability adoption campaigns that result inrenewal of existing programs andRequirements that drivenewacquisitions, with the goal of making HE360 capabilities indispensable to critical USG missions.
  • Build targeted classified and unclassified presentations specifically tailored to persuade target audiences, includingdemonstratingthe specific application of HE360 capabilities directly in user workflows.
  • Identifyand assesspartnershipopportunitieswith companies with complementary capabilities.
  • Identifyand lead pursuit of newcontract vehicles that enable expansion of end-user support.
  • Opportunisticallyidentifynew funding sourcesthat can beleveragedto maximize HE360 support to critical missions.
  • Immerse yourself in HE360 data,contributing actionable feedback to the engineering, product, and solution teams.
  • Work hand in hand with your assigned solutions lead to develop compelling mission solutions.
  • Work withprogram managers to vector end-user Requirements to existingIC and DoDcontract vehicles for acquisition.
  • Work with program managers toexecute demand generation, end-user training, and workflow integration initiativesin support of “keep sold” efforts.
Your skills and qualifications:
Essential education and experience:
  • Network of contactsin INDOPACOM, associated service components, or IC entities providing direct support to INDOPACOM mission needs.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher and at least10years of combined USG operational or programmatic experienceapplying RF to meet mission needs.Exceptional experience may be considered in lieu of bachelor’s degree.
  • Understanding of USG analysis tools, databases, and Requirements frameworks.
  • Willingness to learn new software tools to access, manipulate, and convey HE360 data in end-user workflows.
  • Willingness to travelapproximately33%, with remainingtimesplit betweenour Springpark facility anda secure facilityin Herndon,VA.
  • Experiencein applying low earth orbit sensing systems tomeetDepartment of Defense of Intelligence Community mission needs.
  • A desire to learn and apply-hands on-the intricacies and nuances ofa complex RF sensing systemto meetmission needs.
  • Critical thinkingand clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Grounding in basicradio frequencyprincipals.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
Desirable:​​​​​​
  • Experience in securing and growing firm fixed-price government contracts.
  • Knowledge of USG RF collection systems.
  • An established network within theater Special Operations Commands
  • Experience and an established network within USG organizations focused on building partner capacity or multi-national liaison.
Base Salary Range:$155,000 - $195,000 annually plus commissions

HawkEye 360 offers a compensation package that includes a competitive base salary plus annual performance bonus and benefits. We consider many factors when determining salary offers, such as candidate's work experience, education, training & skills, as well as market and business considerations. We are also open to considering candidates with experience and qualifications at a different level than required in a job posting, which may affect the compensation package offered.
