Summary: The Director, RevenueInsightsserves as a strategic partner and analytical leader responsible for elevating revenue intelligence acrossBlood Cancer United. This role leads the development of high-impact insights, performance reporting, and data-driven recommendations that inform senior leadership and drive fundraising strategy. Building on a strong foundationof technicalexpertise, the Director translates complex revenue data into actionable guidance fortheBusiness Partnerships department, regional leaders, and enterprise stakeholders. Working cross-functionally withBusiness Partnerships,Business Intelligence, TechnologyandFinance, this role ensures data systems areoptimized, reporting is consistent and scalable, and performance metrics align with organizational goals. Through strategic thinking, operational execution, and a deep understanding of corporate fundraising and workplace givingdynamics, the Director plays a key role in advancing Blood Cancer United’s revenue performance—relentlessly pursuing cancer cures.Duties and Responsibilities:

We are excited to share the base pay range for this position is $100K to $110K. The offered compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, business need, market conditions, proficiencies, skills, education, and experience. Additionally, at Blood Cancer United we place a high value on internal pay equity and will consider the current compensation of similarly situated roles and direct team members. Base compensation is only one component of our Total Rewards program, which also includes an annual incentive plan and a competitive benefits package.
