Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Richardson, TX for a Director of Quality Management. The Director will oversee quality management strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards, lead quality audits, and implement quality assurance and control practices. Responsibilities include managing quality processes, leading training programs, developing quality systems, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role requires collaboration across teams to maintain the highest standard of product quality and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control to ensure high product standards and compliance with industry regulations
• Senior Manager or Director level experience in Quality for a minimum of 5 years
• Must be highly experienced in AS 9100.
• Expertise in conducting Quality Auditing to assess and improve internal processes and systems
• Strong ability to develop and lead Training initiatives to enhance team capabilities and implement only the best quality practices
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in the optical systems sector, with prior experience in a similar environment preferred
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field (advanced degrees and certifications are a plus)
