Introduction:
We’re seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Manager - Product Support to lead product support activities across Metso’s High Pressure Grinding Roll (HPGR) and Dry Grinding Product Group.
This is a key global role focused on both capital equipment and service segments, bringing together technology, customer engagement, and strategy to drive the success of Metso’s products and services.
As the link between engineering, sales, and market area teams, you’ll strengthen customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and enhance the performance of our capital and service offerings within HPGR and Dry Grinding.

Hiring Manager: Bjorn Nielsen
For positions that may be performed in Ontario, the expected salary range is $155,000 - $190,000 CAD per year. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on skills, experience, and role-related qualifications. Compensation for roles performed outside Ontario will be determined in accordance with applicable local laws and market conditions.
