A respected community health system in the Gulf South is seeking a Director of Plant Operations to oversee facilities, emergency preparedness, security, and biomedical services across a growing healthcare campus.

Ideal Background
- Plant Operations Manager, Supervisor, or Assistant Director experience within a hospital or healthcare setting
- Experience with Environment of Care, Emergency Preparedness, and Safety programs
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory and compliance standards
- Effective communicator who can engage frontline staff, physicians, leadership, and external agencies
- CHFM preferred
