Role Overview

This is a senior leadership role overseeing special education program operations across multiple sites. You’ll manage staff, drive program development, and ensure high-quality educational and clinical services for children. Ideal for an experienced Special Education leader who can balance operations, compliance, and team management in a multi-disciplinary environment.



Key Responsibilitie

  • sOversee daily operations across education, clinical, and support service
  • sSupervise and develop staff, including hiring and performance managemen
  • tLead program development, curriculum oversight, and classroom placement decision
  • sServe as liaison between families, school districts, and external partner
  • sEnsure compliance with all regulatory and quality standard
  • sManage program budgets, reporting, and resource allocatio
  • nDevelop and implement policies, procedures, and quality initiative
  • sSupport student placement decisions and transition
  • sCoordinate staff training and professional developmen
