RTX has an opening for a Director of SAP, Middleware and Integration TechnicalStrategy Leader (Director, Enterprise Architecture and Strategy) role.

A senior technology leader responsible for shaping, governing, and advancing the enterprisewide strategy for Middleware, Integration, and SAP technical platforms in support of RTX’s S/4HANA transformation.
This role influences the broader digital landscape across Business Units, ensuring that integration architecture, SAP technical foundations, and enterprise platforms enable a unified, scalable, and future-ready ecosystem.
You willleadthealignmentof,and drivetheexecution of theEnterpriseServicesMiddleware, Integrationand SAP technicalstrategiesin collaboration withtheRTXS/4HANAtransformationprogramand RTX Business Units.
This role resides in the Enterprise ServicesApplicationsOrg.and will partnercloselyto influencetheDigital Process and Systems Transformation(PST)organizationandisaccountablefor all aspects of the technical implementationofnon-SAP (Boundary systems)Integration deliverablesand SAP Basis & Security, and Landscape managementfor Enterprise Servicestodeliver scalable, secure, and highperforming integration and SAP platform capabilities.
Sets the vision forMiddleware & Integrations strategy and roadmap andhow the organization uses integration technologies, SAP BTP services, and core SAP technical capabilities (Basis & Security) to enable seamless business operations. This leader partners with the Digital Process & Systems Transformation (PST) program, Enterprise Services, and Business Units to drive standards, governance, capability roadmaps, and cross-enterprise alignment.
The Directorshould have vastexperience in managing Middleware/integrations, SAP BTP-IS services across S4 transformation and SAP technical knowledge.He will ensurethat integration and SAP technical platforms support evolving business models,emergingdigital capabilities, and long-term modernization goals.

The salary range for this role is 186,200 USD - 353,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
