Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for Director of Revenue Cycle Management for a rapidly growing healthcare services organization. This is a fully onsite position located in Niles, IL.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Director of Revenue Cycle Management will lead and optimize billing, collections, and accounts receivable operations for a fast-scaling home care organization experiencing significant year-over-year growth. This role is highly strategic, responsible for improving cash flow, reducing days in AR, and implementing best-in-class processes across the revenue cycle. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can build structure, drive accountability, and partner cross-functionally with payroll and executive leadership.
