Quality Director

Location: Tracy, CA

Compensation: $130,000 - $165,000

Our client is seeking a Quality Director to lead all food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance initiatives within a growing food and beverage manufacturing operation.

The ideal candidate will have significant leadership experience in food manufacturing and must possess either direct BRC audit experience or extensive experience leading SQF-certified facilities at a high level.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of quality leadership experience in food and beverage manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of BRC, SQF, HACCP, GMPs, FSMA, and FDA regulations
• Experience leading customer, regulatory, and third-party audits
• Proven ability to build, mentor, and lead quality teams
• Strong background in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement
