Job Description
The Director of Product Solutions will lead the strategy, development, and growth of a manufacturing-focused solutions offering within a broader industrial organization. This role is responsible for transitioning capabilities into scalable, productized solutions and driving go-to-market strategy. The position operates at a strategic level, focusing on long-term growth, innovation, and market positioning. This is a transformational leadership opportunity to define and expand a key business segment.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a scalable manufacturing solutions strategy aligned with business objectives
• Lead cross-functional teams to productize services and deliver consistent, market-ready solutions
• Establish and drive go-to-market strategy, including positioning, pricing, and customer engagement
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align operations, sales, and delivery capabilities
• Identify growth opportunities and expand market presence within manufacturing and industrial sectors
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or automation environments
• Proven leadership experience building or scaling solutions, products, or business lines
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to execute and drive results
• Experience working cross-functionally across operations, sales, and engineering teams
• Willingness to travel approximately 20–25%
