Role Description

We are building the next chapter of Pomegranate’s creative team and are seeking a Director of Product & Brand Creative. This is an exciting and rare opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, brand, merchandising, and execution.

As a founder-led and art-driven lifestyle brand, we are looking for a visually sophisticated, highly organized creative partner to work closely with our Founder & Creative Director. This person will help translate original artwork and ideas into finished product, cohesive brand expression, and thoughtfully merchandised physical and digital experiences.

This is a senior creative leadership role for someone who can bridge product development, factory communication, sampling, photography direction, visual merchandising, and brand presentation across every touchpoint.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, product development, factory communication, sampling, color and design approvals, photoshoot planning and direction, visual merchandising for trade shows, our wholesale showroom and retail store, and guiding the overall visual expression of the brand as we grow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in home, tabletop, textiles, interiors, or a design-led product business
• Strong expertise in product development and strategy, as well as product management
• Excellent leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to guide and support a collaborative team
• Ability to maintain and evolve brand identity through a clear creative vision
• Experience planning and directing brand photoshoots in collaboration with a brand team
• Experience communicating with and overseeing overseas production teams
• Merchandising experience, including temporary trade show booths, wholesale showrooms, and retail environments
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience

This role is based in Lexington, Kentucky, and is primarily in-person. A hybrid arrangement may be considered for the right candidate; however, this role is not fully remote.
