Director of Process Engineering

An international life sciences leader is hiring a Engineering Director at a strategically important biologics manufacturing site in Iowa. This is a genuine career accelerator, with quick promotion pathways. Relocation support also available.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of ~15 process engineers across a multiproduct biologics facility
• Own equipment lifecycle from commissioning through qualification and ongoing compliance
• Drive process improvements and maintain a strong field presence on the manufacturing floor
• Maintain strong field presence - ~80% floor-based, hands-on role

Requirements

• Chemical engineering degree - mandatory
• Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate technical teams in a regulated environment
• Hands-on engineering experience in industrial/manufacturing/production environments
• Biopharma, biologics, or life sciences manufacturing background (desirable)
