Role Description

The Head of Partnerships is a full-time, on-site role based in NYC and serves as a central driver of growth across Branded Hospitality’s platform. This role sits at the center of the company’s flywheel, leading the development and execution of strategic partnerships that span media, ventures, and solutions.

The position is responsible for bringing in and managing corporate partners, driving revenue through media and sponsorship sales, and building long-term, high-value relationships across the hospitality ecosystem. The Head of Partnerships will oversee partnership strategy across podcasts, newsletters, events, and digital platforms, while working closely with marketing to develop innovative activations and integrated programs.

This role requires a highly organized, entrepreneurial leader who can manage multiple workstreams, own media inventory and planning, and execute at a high level across both sales and relationship management.


Qualifications

Proven expertise in building and managing strategic partnerships across enterprise brands and stakeholders

  • Strong background in sales, business development, and revenue generation with measurable results
  • Experience in media sales, sponsorships, or integrated marketing partnerships
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive growth across multiple business lines
  • Demonstrated success in account management and building long-term client relationships
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage pipeline, inventory, and multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners
  • Creative thinker with the ability to package and sell innovative partnership solutions
  • Leadership experience with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Familiarity with the foodservice, hospitality, or media industries is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
