Core Requirements:

- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
- 3+ years of experience in a Plant Manager-level role
- Tier One automotive manufacturing experience

Responsibilities:
- Lead overall plant performance across safety, quality, cost, delivery, training, compliance, staffing, communication, and program launch readiness
- Manage full P&L accountability, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Build and execute both near-term and long-range business plans that support revenue, margin, and cash flow targets
- Provide clear leadership on operational priorities while working collaboratively with cross-functional partners
- Expand product line performance through customer engagement, volume growth, and new business development
- Ensure annual sales and profitability goals are achieved
- Oversee customer performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
