Director of Nursing – South Florida (On-Site)
We’re partnering with an accredited, student-focused healthcare college in South Florida to hire a Director of Nursing for their campus near Fort Lauderdale.
This leadership role is responsible for overseeing nursing operations, managing faculty/staff, and ensuring programs meet high standards of quality, compliance, and student outcomes. You’ll play a key role in shaping curriculum delivery, mentoring teams, and driving continuous improvement across nursing programs.
What we’re looking for:
Proven leadership in nursing management
Strong knowledge of infection control and regulatory standards
Experience in long-term care and program oversight
Active Florida RN license
BSN required (Master’s preferred)
5+ years in nursing leadership
