We’re hiring a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing operations within a 24-hour inpatient behavioral health facility in Pacific, MO.

You’ll play a key role in shaping team culture, improving patient care, and supporting daily clinical operations in a structured and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and day-to-day operations
- Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and training of nursing personnel
- Drive quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership on program operations
- Maintain a positive and professional team environment
Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
