The Role
As Director of Mobile Service, you will:
- Lead multi-state mobile maintenance operations
- Manage and develop 4 regional managers (30+ technicians)
- Scale from 35 trucks to 50+ in year one
- Launch new markets (starting with Atlanta)
- Drive profitability and operational excellence
- Build systems, processes, and reporting that support growth
You’ll report directly to the VP of People & Operations and have a true seat at the table.
Who You Are
You’re not just a leader—you’re a builder.
- Proven experience leading 30+ people across multiple locations
- Strong operational and P&L ownership mindset
- Background in heavy-duty truck service, fleet, or field operations preferred
- You develop people, drive accountability, and build high-performing teams
- You take ownership and lead with integrity

You must be someone who takes initiative, builds systems, and drives results.
What Success Looks Like
Year One:
- Grow fleet from 35 → 50+ trucks
- Hit GP% targets across all regions
- Successfully launch Atlanta
- Build strong leadership bench
- Establish scalable systems
Long-Term:
- Scale to 70+ trucks across 12+ states
- Develop leaders who scale with the business
- Build a best-in-class mobile operation
