The Role

As Director of Mobile Service, you will:

  • Lead multi-state mobile maintenance operations
  • Manage and develop 4 regional managers (30+ technicians)
  • Scale from 35 trucks to 50+ in year one
  • Launch new markets (starting with Atlanta)
  • Drive profitability and operational excellence
  • Build systems, processes, and reporting that support growth

You’ll report directly to the VP of People & Operations and have a true seat at the table.


Who You Are

You’re not just a leader—you’re a builder.

  • Proven experience leading 30+ people across multiple locations
  • Strong operational and P&L ownership mindset
  • Background in heavy-duty truck service, fleet, or field operations preferred
  • You develop people, drive accountability, and build high-performing teams
  • You take ownership and lead with integrity

You must be someone who takes initiative, builds systems, and drives results.


What Success Looks Like

Year One:

  • Grow fleet from 35 → 50+ trucks
  • Hit GP% targets across all regions
  • Successfully launch Atlanta
  • Build strong leadership bench
  • Establish scalable systems

Long-Term:

  • Scale to 70+ trucks across 12+ states
  • Develop leaders who scale with the business
  • Build a best-in-class mobile operation
