About the Role


The Director of Branding and Marketing will own everything the brand puts into the world. Strategy, production, content, agencies, events, PR — all of it sits with this person. They will work directly alongside senior leadership and will be expected to operate at the same level of taste, precision, and conviction that defines the business.


It is a role for someone who can think at a brand level and execute at a production level — sometimes in the same afternoon.


Responsibilities


Brand & Marketing Execution

  • Serve as creative director across all campaigns — digital, print, and on-property
  • Ensure every piece of content reflects the brand's luxury identity without exception
  • Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate with photographers, designers, and PR agencies to produce editorial-level assets
  • Direct procurement of branded goods aligned with brand standards
  • Build and maintain internal systems for all brand assets

Social Media & Digital

  • Own and manage all social channels — Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others
  • Write captions and copy that feel native to a luxury brand — not corporate, not generic
  • Monitor performance metrics and translate data into content decisions
  • Support paid social, email marketing, and website updates
  • Capture behind-the-scenes and UGC-style content personally when needed
  • Stay ahead of platform trends and use AI tools to produce high-quality video and image content

Creative & Content Production

  • Lead editorial-level photo and video shoots — creative vision, storyboards, shot lists, model selection, vendor management, post-production
  • Create decks, templates, and marketing collateral using Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent
  • Ensure every visual and written asset is consistent with the luxury aesthetic

Brand Strategy & Identity

  • Own the brand guidelines — typography, colour, tone of voice, copywriting standards
  • Serve as the internal brand guardian across every department and every external touchpoint
  • Define and refine how the brand shows up as the platform expands nationally

Public Relations & Communications

  • Partner with PR firms to build and protect the brand's public narrative
  • Manage media strategy across launches — pre-launch, launch week, post-launch, and ongoing
  • Align PR and social strategy so they move as a single coherent voice

Events, Activations & Partnerships

  • Support pre-opening campaigns, influencer activations, media visits, and on-site events
  • Build collaborations with brands that are genuinely aligned at the luxury level
  • Manage influencer relationships with taste, selectivity, and clear commercial purpose

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Work directly alongside senior leadership on brand direction
  • Report on marketing spend, ROI, and channel performance
  • Align all marketing activity with the broader business objectives of the platform


What They Are Looking For


Someone who lives and breathes luxury. Not someone who admires it from a distance — someone who understands it from the inside. Who knows that the right font, the right caption, the right photograph, the right partner — all of it matters. All of it is the brand.


  • 10+ years in branding, marketing, or creative leadership within a luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle environment
  • Proven ability to manage agencies, creatives, and production teams to a very high standard
  • Comfortable shooting content personally — behind the scenes, in the field
  • Strong design eye and proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent tools
  • Experience with AI content generation tools for video and image
  • Exceptional writing ability — copy that sounds human, elevated, and brand-right
  • PR and media strategy experience at a launch or brand-building level
  • Based in Miami or willing to relocate


Compensation


$150,000 – $175,000 base salary plus performance bonus. Based in Miami, full time.
