We are seeking a Director of Operations to lead and scale manufacturing and supply chain operations for a growing organization committed to operational excellence.

Must have experience with Manufacturing products that take 2-6 months to make.

We aren’t looking for Mass Production type experiences

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain operations across multiple functions
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business goals
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, KPI-driven performance)
• Optimize production, inventory, procurement, and logistics processes
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Executive Leadership
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams to build high-performance culture
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (required)
• 8+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing and supply chain operations
• Prior leadership experience at the Director or Senior Operations level
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational KPIs
• Experience with manufacturing of products with longer lead times to make
• Proven ability to scale operations and lead teams through change
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems preferred
