SCI, the Leader in Real Estate Executive Search®, is seeking a Director of investments to join a leading real estate investor with a diversified portfolio of senior housing, skilled nursing, and specialty healthcare properties across the U.S. and Canada.
The Director of investments is a high-impact role for a seasoned healthcare real estate professional who thrives across the full deal cycle. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week on-site.
What you'll do:
• End-to-end acquisition and disposition process — underwriting, structuring, negotiation, due diligence, and close
• Portfolio performance in partnership with Asset Management
• Business development and industry relationship-building
• Mentorship and development of junior investment staff
What we're looking for:
• 10–12 years in real estate investments or finance, with 5+ years in senior housing and skilled nursing
• Proven track record closing healthcare real estate transactions
• Strong analytical chops and fluency with complex legal documents
• A natural relationship builder with deep industry networks
