As the Director of Clinical Systems, you will oversee the planning, implementation, optimization, and support of clinical information systems, ancillary applications, and revenue cycle technologies. This leadership role partners closely with executive leadership, clinical teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure technology solutions align with organizational goals and enhance patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead clinical systems strategy and operations
✔ Oversee user support, system optimization, and project implementation
✔ Partner with clinical, operational, and executive leaders
✔ Drive adoption of healthcare technologies and best practices
✔ Ensure compliance with healthcare regulatory requirements
✔ Support both inpatient and ambulatory environments
✔ Manage and mentor high-performing IT and informatics teams
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Informatics, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of healthcare IT, informatics, or clinical systems leadership experience
• Strong understanding of hospital workflows and healthcare operations
• Experience with clinical applications, database management, and systems integration
• Epic experience required; Epic certification preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
